  • The pound zero® system is designed to accommodate 45 lb and 20 kg Olympic bars.
  • Special “zero 100” and “zero 150” bumpers: 27.5 lb and 52.5 lb, “zero” a 45 lb or 20 kg bar at 100 lbs or 150 lbs, respectively.
  • Either “zero 100” (27.5 lb) or “zero 150” (52.5 lb) discs are placed on the bar first.
  • There is no need to remove special 100 {27.5 lb} and 150 {52.5 lb} discs; just add the needed weight.
  • All weight increments are easy and faster to load onto the bar with the special “zero 100” and “zero 150” bumpers.
  • More athletes can train efficiently at each platform station with faster, simpler weight changes.
  • Weight increments are easy to calculate from “zero” base weights (100 and 150 lbs).
